RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at online@jewelzindia.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item and thoroughly inspect its condition, we will proceed with processing your refund. Please note that it may take 5 to 7 working days for the refund to be credited back to the same bank account that was used during the purchase.
